Reyika

Reyika is a two-year-old still hunting for her first win after two races, finishing fifth most recently and thirteenth before that. The horse has yet to place in either outing, which is not unusual at this early stage — two-year-olds are often finding their feet, learning what racing is about, and improving with each run. She is trained by J. P. Murtagh at Coolaghknock Glebe in County Kildare, a yard that has already sent out 53 winners this season, so she is in an operation with a solid track record of getting horses to the winning post. Having raced just a day ago, Reyika is clearly being aimed at regular racing, which should help her gain the experience she needs to break through.
