Charlie Longsdon's yard in Chipping Norton has been in fine form this season, sending out 33 winners, so Rare Edition is part of a team that clearly knows how to get horses ready to run. Given what Rare Edition has shown over a career of 21 races — particularly that Kempton record — it would be unwise to write it off entirely.
