Something about the place clearly suits — the track layout, the ground, the atmosphere — and it was at Market Rasen on 30 September 2023 that Prospect House registered that first career win. Horses that find a course they love tend to keep finding it, and this one clearly has a home away from home in Lincolnshire.

Most of those successes have come in Class 5 company — the bread-and-butter level of jump racing in Britain — where Prospect House has won 4 of 19 races, or roughly 1 in every 5. That win rate at that level is genuinely solid. It means the horse is competitive and consistent rather than simply making up the numbers. The most recent victory came at Catterick Bridge in December 2025, so there has been a six-month gap since the winner's enclosure, but the recent form figures of 3-4-1-3-2-3 show a horse that is finishing in the frame regularly rather than fading into irrelevance.

The partnership with jockey William Maggs has been the most productive of Prospect House's career. All four wins have come with Maggs in the saddle, from 16 races together — a win rate of 25%, or 1 in every 4 rides.
