Point Star

Point Star is a 3-year-old still hunting for a breakthrough. The horse has raced twice without troubling the judge, finishing twelfth most recently and fourth before that. With Mark Fahey's Cloneygath yard already responsible for 24 winners this season, there is clearly enough quality in the stable to get the job done — it is simply a matter of Point Star finding the right opportunity at the right time. The horse is active and racing regularly, which suggests the team believe there is a race to be won in the near term.
