Please Don't Go
Please Don't Go is a two-year-old with genuine promise, having won one of its four career races and placed in two others for a win rate of 1 in 4. The horse broke through at Goodwood on 23 September, and has raced again just days later — suggesting the trainer believes it's ready to build on that success quickly. Recent form tells an encouraging story: a win, then a second place, then a fourth, and most recently a tenth. That tenth-place finish came just yesterday, so the horse is being campaigned hard and frequently while still at a young, developing stage.Based on TrackLab's analysis

Our model's view, based on this horse's career and recent runs
Trained by Richard Hughes at Upper Lambourn in Berkshire, Please Don't Go is part of a yard in excellent form — Hughes has already sent out 60 winners this season, a sign of a stable firing on all cylinders. For a young horse with only four races under its belt, placing in 50% of those races (two placings from four) shows it's competitive at its level, and that recent Goodwood win has given it something to build on.
