What stands out most is that Peaceful Warrior has struck form recently. In his last five races — the most recent just a day ago — he has finished third, fourth, fifteenth, fourth, and then won. That victory at Great Yarmouth in May came at an encouraging moment in his career, and the fact that he is still racing and showing up on the track suggests his trainer sees potential worth developing. Kevin Ryan's Hambleton yard in North Yorkshire has been in excellent form this season, sending out 45 winners, so the horse is in capable hands.
The challenge for Peaceful Warrior now is consistency. A win four months ago followed by some moderate form tells you this is a horse who can do it, but is not doing it regularly yet.
