Palliser is a 3-year-old racing for the first time this season under trainer

Watson's yard at Upper Lambourn has already sent out 62 winners this year, so Palliser has every advantage of a first-class training setup. The horse's recent form tells the story of a young racer still finding their feet: a second-place finish most recently, followed by a fourth, then a sixth, and a tenth before that. That second-place result suggests Palliser is close to breaking through, though four races without a win means the horse has not yet managed victory. With only one top-3 finish from four career races, Palliser remains very much a work in progress, but the yard's strong record this season and the horse's proximity to a win last time out offer some encouragement that better results may come.
