Daniel King has been in the saddle for all five of those victories across their fifteen races together, winning roughly one in every three — a partnership that clearly works and one worth noting when this horse lines up again.

The most interesting number in Oscars Brother's record is the one that comes with a caveat: two wins from three races on very wet and muddy ground, which works out at a remarkable 67 percent — two in every three. That figure is small enough that you wouldn't bet the house on it, but it tells you something real. When the rain comes and the ground turns heavy, this horse doesn't just cope — it seems to thrive. Plenty of horses tolerate soft ground; fewer actively improve on it. In Irish racing, where winter and spring cards are often run in miserable conditions, that preference is a genuine asset rather than a footnote.

Oscars Brother opened its account at Limerick in March 2024, and has kept adding to the tally since. The most recent win came at Navan on 8 February 2026, seven weeks ago, and with the horse last seen racing just eighteen days back and currently active, another run can't be far away. The recent form line reads 4-1-1-1-2-2 from most recent backwards — three wins, two seconds, and a fourth, which is about as consistent as horses come. There's no fluke here, no one good day surrounded by disappointment. This is a horse in form, trained by a yard firing on all cylinders, ridden by a jockey who knows exactly what he's got underneath him. If the skies open before the next race and the ground rides heavy, Oscars Brother will be very hard to ignore.
