News
News is a two-year-old with a perfect record: one race, one win. That debut victory came this week at Southwell on 22 September, and it marks the beginning of what could be a promising career. The horse is trained by
George Boughey at Newmarket, a major racing hub in Suffolk where some of the country's best trainers are based. Boughey's yard has already sent out 99 winners this season, so News is joining an operation in excellent form.

What makes this notable is simply that News has won first time out — a clean, uncomplicated start. Many two-year-olds take several races to find their feet, so a winning debut is encouraging. With the yard firing on all cylinders and the horse still very much active in training, News is one to watch as it steps up through the ranks.
