My Remas

My Remas made its debut just a day ago and finished fourth. It's a two-year-old in training with Andrew Balding at Kingsclere in Hampshire, a yard that has been firing on all cylinders this season with 202 winners already. As a first-time runner, there is little to judge yet—a single race tells you almost nothing about a young horse's future prospects. The fact that it has already been back out so quickly suggests the team sees potential worth developing, and Balding's track record of success means the horse is in capable hands. Time will tell whether this debut run was simply a learning experience or the start of something more.
