Millbrook Queen is trained by A J Martin at Summerhill in County Meath. The yard is active this season, having sent out fourteen winners, so there is stable form to work with. Whether Millbrook Queen returns to racing, and how she fares when she does, remains to be seen. At six years old, she is not getting any younger, and horses that have not found the winner's enclosure by this stage often do not. But a long break from racing can sometimes reset a horse's wellbeing and sharpness. If she does return, it will be worth watching whether the time away has made any difference to her ability on the track.
