Military Saint

Military Saint remains a work in progress for trainer David Dennis at his Edgcote yard in Oxfordshire. The 6-year-old has yet to find the winner's enclosure, finishing unplaced in both of his races so far. His most recent outing came just a day ago, though it did not yield a breakthrough result. Dennis's yard has had a productive season with seven winners already, suggesting there is decent form around the stable—Military Saint simply has not been the one to benefit from it yet. For a horse at this stage of his career, there is still time to find his feet, though the window to prove competitive at a higher level is gradually narrowing. Whether he can turn things around in his next race remains to be seen.
