Win rate and top-3 rate will show once this horse has raced.
Weld, who trains from his Curragh yard in County Kildare, has had a strong season so far, with 21 winners already to his name. That kind of form suggests she knows what she is doing when she decides to send a horse to the track, and the fact that Milena Camilla is making her debut under her care carries weight. A debut can tell you almost everything or almost nothing — some horses take to racing naturally and win; others need the experience and come good later. For Milena Camilla, we will find out which kind she is as soon as she runs. Until then, all we can say is that she is a nicely bred filly stepping out for a trainer in top form, and that is reason enough to watch.
