Rod Millman's yard at Kentisbeare in Devon has been firing winners all season, and Midgham Man looks like one of the more promising inmates. His first win came at Chepstow back in late August, but it was his recent success at Newmarket that matters more — a top track where beating decent opposition means something. The consistency is what stands out: a win, a third place, another win, a fourth, and a fifth in his last five races shows a horse who can deliver on the day but is still figuring out when and where he runs best.
