Mellem

Mellem is a seven-year-old still searching for a breakthrough. The horse has run once and finished outside the top three, leaving a record of no wins and no top-3 finishes from that single outing. Mark Fahey's yard at Cloneygath in County Kildare, which has already sent out 24 winners this season, recently sent Mellem out to race just a day ago, so the horse remains active and in work. What happens next will be telling — whether this is the start of a proper campaign or an isolated appearance.
