Whether another win is coming is the question. One from 21 is a thin record, and the gap since that Clonmel success is long enough to wonder whether that day was a peak rather than a stepping stone. Still, three places from 21 races shows a horse that runs with some consistency and occasionally gets into contention. For a general racing fan, Marlpark is the kind of horse worth watching rather than betting on — the sort that keeps you interested without making you rich.
