Maliko Des Pins is a 4-year-old with a single race under its belt, which ended in a third-place finish. The horse is trained by
Lucinda Hughes at Carlton-In-Cleveland in North Yorkshire, a yard that has already sent out 4 winners this season. Maliko Des Pins raced just a day ago and remains active on the circuit, suggesting the trainer sees promise worth developing further. With only one outing to assess, there is little established form to speak of, but the fact that Hughes has elected to keep the horse racing indicates she believes there is more to come.
