Magic Hands Noel
Magic Hands Noel has raced five times without recording a win or a placing, a stark record for a five-year-old that suggests the horse has not yet found its level in competition. Trained by
Gerard Keane at Trim in County Meath, the horse was last seen in action just a day ago, finishing sixth—a result that sits comfortably within its recent pattern. Over its last five outings, Magic Hands Noel has finished 6th, 15th, 17th, 18th, and 22nd, numbers that paint a picture of a horse still searching for competitive races where it can make an impact.

What is notable about this record is its consistency: Magic Hands Noel is not running wild across the field or occasionally threatening; it is running in the middle to back of the pack every time it goes to post. The trainer's yard has managed to send out ten winners this season, so the stable is capable, but Magic Hands Noel has not been among those success stories. At five years old, the window for a horse to prove itself is narrowing, and with no signs of improvement across its recent form, the challenge now is finding a race—or a different racing surface or distance—where this horse can finally break its duck and record that elusive first win.
