The horse came alive over longer distances. In four races of two miles or more, Lennon Grove has won once and placed three times, giving her a 25% win rate over the trip. That first and only victory came at Thurles on 20 December 2025, a breakthrough that proved she could get the job done when conditions suited her. Since then, however, things have gone quiet. Her last six runs show form of 3-2-3-1-2-5, which reads as solid until the most recent race nine months ago — a fifth-place finish that breaks an otherwise respectable pattern. She raced as recently as one day ago, so she is actively in work and her the yard are still finding the right spot for her. Gavin Cromwell's yard at Navan is among the most prolific in Ireland this season with 96 winners already, and the trainer clearly sees something worth developing in Lennon Grove. For a horse that wins roughly one in every six races, consistency on the track — not flashy form — is what matters, and that is what this horse has shown.
