League Of Justice has made an inauspicious start to racing. The 3-year-old finished sixth on debut a day ago, and is being trained by Gemma Tutty at her Osmotherley yard in North Yorkshire. Tutty's operation has sent out 20 winners already this season, so the horse is in a yard with genuine form. First runs often tell you little — plenty of strong racehorses have stumbled on their debut — but this one will need to improve noticeably if it is to justify the investment that brought it into training. The next opportunity to see what League Of Justice can do should come soon enough.
