Knightlight

Knightlight has run just once so far and finished seventh, still very much in the early stages of learning what racing is all about. The 2-year-old is trained by Henry de Bromhead at Knockeen in County Waterford, a yard that has sent out 110 winners this season and knows how to develop young horses. Racing only a day ago, Knightlight is clearly being kept active — a sensible approach with horses this young, as they need experience more than anything else at this stage. There is nothing to worry about in a single poor result from a horse that has barely started its racing life.
