Kisskodi

Epsom is one of the most unusual racecourses in Britain. It climbs, bends, and drops in ways that suit some horses perfectly and completely bamboozle others. Kisskodi has clearly figured it out. The most recent win there came on 11 September 2025, which was roughly eight months ago, and before that the first career win arrived at Brighton on 30 May 2025 — so this is a horse that hit its stride quickly and has kept delivering on the right occasions.

Recent form reads 3-5-1-4-11-1, which translates as a horse with two wins tucked into the last six races but some inconsistency in between. The 11th-place finish stands out as a bad day at the office, but the wins either side of it suggest Kisskodi bounces back well. Most of its races have come at Class 4 level — a solid mid-tier in British racing — where it has won 2 from 7 at a 29% rate, again roughly 1 in every 3 and a half races at that grade.

The trainer is Harry Eustace, operating out of Newmarket in Suffolk, which is the spiritual home of British flat racing. His yard has sent out 23 winners already this season, a healthy total that suggests a well-run operation in good form. Kisskodi raced just one day ago, so it is very much in the thick of an active campaign right now. A horse this comfortable at Epsom, trained by someone firing on all cylinders, is one to keep an eye on whenever that famous Surrey track comes around again.
