Trained by the experienced team of John and Sean Quinn at their Norton yard in North Yorkshire, Kilmac Air is part of an operation that has sent out 44 winners already this season. That kind of productivity from the same stable suggests the horse is not in an unsuccessful environment — the Quinns know how to get horses to the winners' enclosure. For a three-year-old with only five races under its belt, there is still genuine room for development, and the quick turnaround back to the track suggests the yard sees enough promise to keep firing the horse out. Time will tell whether this horse can find its way into the winner's circle, but at this stage it remains a work in progress.
