Course specialists are a real phenomenon in racing, and Killinure Lass is as clear an example as you will find at her level. Her most recent win came there on 9 October 2025, about six months ago, and it sits as the peak of a career that began in earnest with her first win at Kilbeggan back in June 2022. She also has a particular affinity for slightly soft, yielding ground — on days when the going has a bit of give in it, she has won 3 from 10, or 30% of the time. Put her at Tramore on a damp autumn afternoon and she is a different proposition.
