Katty
Katty is a two-year-old still learning her trade, with four races under her belt and a placed finish to show for her effort so far. She has not won yet, but came third in her most recent outing just a day ago — a sign that she is racing regularly and her trainer is giving her the experience she needs at this stage of her career. Her other recent runs produced eighth-place finishes, the kind of mixed results you see with young horses finding their feet on the track.Based on TrackLab's analysis

Our model's view, based on this horse's career and recent runs
Adrian Sexton's yard at Athy has had a modest season with two winners, so Katty is part of a small, working operation. At this early stage, with just one placing from four attempts, there is little to separate her from dozens of other two-year-olds still figuring out what racing is about. The encouraging sign is that she ran a respectable race just yesterday, suggesting she has the appetite to keep improving as she gains more experience.
