Lyons is not a trainer who runs horses without purpose, so the fact that Justiciar keeps getting entries suggests the team believes there is a race to be won here somewhere. Having raced just yesterday, this is a horse very much in active campaign mode, with the yard clearly keen to find the right opportunity sooner rather than later.
