That sole win came at Punchestown on 1 May 2026, and it is worth pausing on the venue. Punchestown is one of Ireland's most celebrated tracks, a place where the racing is serious and the competition rarely thin. Winning there means something. Jetbob did not ease itself into a career quietly — it announced itself at one of the sport's proper stages.
Jetbob is trained by Rosemary Gasson, who operates out of a yard in Balscote, Oxfordshire. It has been a compact season for the yard so far, with one winner sent out — and Jetbob is that winner. With the horse having raced just yesterday, it is clearly in an active campaign, and the team will be hoping the Punchestown form translates into more days like that one.
Two races is a small sample, and it would be unwise to read too much into any record at this stage. But a horse that has already won at Punchestown and finished placed in its other run has given its trainer every reason to be optimistic about what comes next.
