The horse showed promise early, breaking through for its first career win at Limerick on 29 December 2025. That success was followed by another victory at Gowran Park on 9 April 2026, but that win came four months ago, and Holy See has since struggled to find the winner's enclosure. Over the last six races, the form has been inconsistent: a recent second-place finish, then eleventh and fourth-place finishes, sandwiched around a couple of third-place efforts and one win. That single victory in the last six outings shows the horse still has the ability to win, but consistency has become the real challenge. With two wins from its last six races—a 33 per cent win rate over that shorter stretch—there is a sense that Holy See can produce on its day, but the pattern suggests a horse that finds the top very difficult to reach regularly. For a 5-year-old still learning its craft, there is nothing alarming about the record, but the four-month gap since the last victory suggests the horse will need to rediscover something it had at Gowran Park.
