What gives the profile a bit of extra weight is who is doing the training. Dan Skelton's yard at Alcester in Warwickshire has been in exceptional form, sending out 198 winners already this season — a number that puts the operation firmly among the most productive in the country. Skelton runs a tight, busy ship, and the horses that come out of there tend to be well-prepared and placed with purpose. For a young three-year-old still finding its feet, being part of that setup is a genuine advantage.
High Aura raced just yesterday, so this is a horse right in the thick of its season. With only two outings on the record, there is still a great deal to learn — but the building blocks are there. Two thirds, a top-class trainer, and plenty of racing life ahead.
