That is a long absence. When he returned recently, he finished 14th and 6th, suggesting either he is making his way back or he has lost some edge. At Class 2 level—one of the top grades in Britain—he has managed just one win from five attempts, a 20% record that shows he can beat top horses but is by no means consistent at that level. He is at his best in better company or on better ground elsewhere, when everything aligns just right.
