Havana Flash
Havana Flash is a two-year-old still finding her feet on the track. With four races under her belt and no wins yet, she has managed two placed finishes—enough to suggest there is something to work with, but not enough to get excited about just yet. Her most recent outing, just a day ago, saw her finish eighth, which marks a step backward from her best effort so far: a second-place finish two races earlier.Based on TrackLab's analysis

Our model's view, based on this horse's career and recent runs
What's encouraging is that she is trained by George Boughey, a trainer based at Newmarket who has sent out 99 winners already this season. That suggests Havana Flash is in a yard with real momentum and expertise, which counts for something at this early stage of a young horse's career. Young racehorses often take time to work out what racing is about, and Boughey's operation clearly knows how to develop talent. For now, Havana Flash remains a work in progress—one to keep an eye on, but not one ready to set the world alight.
