Global Success

Trained by J S Moore at Upper Lambourn in Berkshire, Global Success is in a yard that has been sending winners out regularly this season—seventeen so far. That's the kind of record that suggests the trainer knows how to get the best out of young horses. For a two-year-old still in its first season of racing, a couple of near-misses alongside some middle-of-the-field runs is fairly typical. The horse is still actively racing and has been out frequently, which at least means it's getting plenty of experience. Whether Global Success will find a way into the winner's circle soon depends on whether those close second-place finishes are the sign of a horse about to break through, or simply the ceiling of what it can achieve. Time and a few more races should tell.
