The trainer, Julia & Shelley Birkett's Newmarket yard, has been in good form this season with 15 winners to their name, so the team has the expertise to guide the horse through this phase. Girls Allowed raced just one day ago, so the yard are keeping it active and searching for the right race to unlock improvement. Whether that breakthrough comes soon will depend on finding a more suitable distance or class level, but for now, the wait goes on.
