Geometry

Geometry is a two-year-old still finding its feet on the track. The horse made its debut just days ago and finished third, showing enough promise to suggest there is more to come. With a trainer like Richard Varian behind it—who runs one of the country's most successful yards at Newmarket—Geometry has every chance to develop into a competitive racer. Varian's operation has already sent out 87 winners this season, so the horse is in capable hands. Early races like this are learning experiences, and a respectable debut run is often a sign that better things lie ahead.
