The form reads 3-9-6 going back through the last three races, and with a race as recently as yesterday, this is a horse very much in the middle of its campaign. The trainer is D J Jeffreys, a small yard based at Hinton on the Green in Worcestershire. Four winners sent out this season tells you this isn't a powerhouse operation churning out horses week after week — it's a modest setup where each runner matters, and a win for Galeforcechopper would represent a meaningful contribution to the yard's season. Small yards like this often know their horses extremely well, and the fact that Galeforcechopper keeps being put into races suggests Jeffreys sees enough to keep persisting.
