Forthethrillofit
Forthethrillofit is a 2-year-old still finding its feet on the track. The horse has run three times without crossing the line in front, finishing eighth and tenth in its last two races and failing to complete another outing earlier in its career. That kind of record — zero wins and zero places from three attempts — is not uncommon for a young horse still learning the game, but it does mean this one has plenty to prove.Based on TrackLab's analysis

Our model's view, based on this horse's career and recent runs
The horse is trained by Donnacha Aidan O'Brien at Ballyroe in County Tipperary, a yard that has already sent out 31 winners this season, so the infrastructure and expertise are clearly there. Having raced just a day ago, Forthethrillofit is currently active and will presumably get another chance soon to show what it can do. At this early stage, with so few races under its belt and such a young age, the story is still being written — and patience is often the key to discovering whether a horse will develop into something useful or simply never quite find what it takes.
