Forever Faithfull
Forever Faithfull is a two-year-old still finding its way in racing, with two runs under its belt but no wins or places to show for them yet. The horse finished eighth on its most recent outing, just a day ago, before that running seventh. It is early days for any young horse — plenty of runners need several races before they work out what is being asked of them — but so far the form has not clicked into place.Based on TrackLab's analysis

Our model's view, based on this horse's career and recent runs
The horse is trained by Jonathan Portman at Upper Lambourn in Berkshire, a yard that has already sent out 46 winners this season, suggesting a stable with a solid track record of getting the best from its charges. For a young horse still learning the ropes, being in a yard with that kind of form and experience counts for something. Portman will have seen hundreds of two-year-olds come through, and he knows what development looks like. Whether Forever Faithfull improves from here will tell you plenty about both the horse and the trainer's ability to get it right.
