Footage Detectives

Trained by Henry Oliver out of Abberley in Worcestershire, the horse at least has an active yard behind it. Oliver's team have sent out seven winners this season, so the foundations are there. Whether Footage Detectives can become part of that tally remains to be seen. Having raced as recently as yesterday, this is very much a horse still in the thick of its campaign, and there is time yet for the picture to change.

That said, a record of no wins and no places from four attempts — winning zero from four — is hard to dress up. The consistent mid-to-back finishes suggest the horse hasn't found a race that suits yet, rather than showing flashes that simply haven't converted. The team will be hoping to find the right opportunity soon.
