Finjimk
Finjimk is a 4-year-old horse trained by
Nick Scholfield at Lambourn who has yet to break through into the winner's circle. Across five races so far, the horse has finished without a place in any of them, though there are modest signs of improvement in recent outings. In its last five runs, Finjimk has finished 11th, 17th, 8th, 8th, and 7th — a pattern that shows the horse is gradually moving up the field, with the last two races producing a genuinely competitive seventh and eighth place. Having raced just yesterday, Finjimk remains an active competitor.

Our model's view, based on this horse's career and recent runs
Nick Scholfield's Lambourn yard is a winning operation this season, with 22 winners already sent out, so the horse is in a stable with form. For a horse that has yet to win from five attempts, the recent trend — finishing in single figures — suggests Finjimk may be close to putting a race together, even if that breakthrough has not yet arrived.
