Dodgem

Julie Camacho's Norton yard in North Yorkshire has been in excellent form this season, sending out 46 winners already, so there is clearly quality coaching on offer. Dodgem has the advantage of being trained by someone who knows how to get horses ready to win races. At two years old, there is plenty of time ahead. The form reads 3-4-5 across the recent three races, which shows Dodgem is operating in a fairly consistent band but hasn't quite broken through yet. A horse at this stage of its career, still learning to settle, to travel, and to find its rhythm under a jockey, can turn a corner quickly once things click. For now, Camacho's stable will be watching for signs that Dodgem belongs at a slightly easier level, or whether the horse needs more time and experience before stepping up.
