The most recent form reads 5-4-2 working backwards, which is actually an encouraging shape — she's been getting closer with each run, finishing second most recently. That kind of improving trajectory is exactly what you hope to see from a youngster, and having raced just one day ago, she's very much in active training and building experience race by race.

She's trained by the partnership of Dr Richard Newland and Jamie Insole, based at Elmbridge in Worcestershire. The yard has been in sharp form this season, sending out 49 winners — that's a busy, productive operation, and having horses in the care of a team firing on all cylinders matters. A well-run yard tends to get horses to the track in the right condition, and for a young horse still developing, good handling behind the scenes can make all the difference when the big moments eventually arrive.
