Dark Willow
Dark Willow is a 6-year-old horse that has raced 15 times without a win, though it did finish second once. The horse has shown no improvement recently — its last six races tell a story of mid-field finishes and disappointments, ranging from fourth place to 14th. Just yesterday, Dark Willow raced again, suggesting the horse remains active and in work despite a career without success.Based on TrackLab's analysis

The partnership with jockey Rory Cleary has not yielded results either. Across six races together, they have not found the formula — no wins, no breakthrough moment. For a horse this age with this record, the question is whether Dark Willow still has a future in racing or whether the yard should consider moving the horse on. That single second-place finish remains the high point of a career that, so far, has been a long run of near-misses and unfulfilled potential.
