Darivan
Darivan is a 2-year-old still finding his feet on the track. He has run three times without a win or a place finish, most recently five days ago when he finished fifth. Before that came another fifth-place finish, and a sixth on his debut. The horse is trained by J. P. Murtagh at Coolaghknock Glebe in County Kildare, a yard that has been in excellent form this season with 53 winners already sent out.Based on TrackLab's analysis

Our model's view, based on this horse's career and recent runs
At this early stage of a young horse's career, three races with no result to show is not uncommon. Many horses need time to learn how to race properly — the noise, the other animals around them, the sheer physicality of it — before they start winning. Murtagh's yard clearly knows what it is doing, and Darivan remains a horse in development. Whether he will win races further down the line depends on improvement that may not yet be visible on paper.
