Cosmic Bond
Cosmic Bond is still hunting for a breakthrough after three races without a win, though the three-year-old did manage a placing in one of those outings. The horse has finished eighth, eighth, and then came up empty in its most recent race just yesterday, suggesting it is being tested regularly by trainer
Derek Shaw at Sproxton in Leicestershire.

Our model's view, based on this horse's career and recent runs
Shaw's yard is modest in ambition this season—six winners sent out so far—and Cosmic Bond has not yet contributed to that tally. With no wins from three attempts and just the single place to show for its efforts, the horse is still learning its trade. There is nothing alarming about that at this stage; many horses take time to find their feet on the track. What matters now is whether Cosmic Bond can convert opportunity into a win sooner rather than later.
