Copper Dog

Copper Dog is a three-year-old trained by J. P. Murtagh at Coolaghknock Glebe in County Kildare. The horse made its debut just over a week ago and finished twelfth in that first race, which means there is plenty to learn about what it can do. With only one run under its belt, there is no form to judge yet, but the yard itself is in good shape — Murtagh's team has already sent out 53 winners this season, so Copper Dog is in the hands of a trainer with clear experience getting horses to the track ready and winning races.
