Cool Ocean had a tough introduction to racing, finishing outside the top three in her only outing so far. The four-year-old was sent out by trainer
Sam Allwood, whose Whitchurch yard in Shropshire has found the winner's circle five times already this season. Racing just yesterday, Cool Ocean is clearly active and in work, so there may be another chance coming soon to show what she can do on track. For a horse making her debut at four years old, a single race tells very little — plenty improve sharply with experience.
