Concurrent

Concurrent is a two-year-old still finding its feet on the track. The horse has run twice without landing a place yet, finishing fourth most recently and fifth before that. With Andrew Balding's Kingsclere yard — which has already sent out 202 winners this season — behind the project, there is clearly confidence in the horse's potential. Early races often tell you very little about a young horse's future; many top performers struggled at first. At this stage, Concurrent remains one to watch as it gains experience.
