Churchill Gale is a four-year-old still searching for a breakthrough. The horse has raced twice without a win or a placed finish, finishing fourteenth in its most recent race just yesterday and nineteenth in the outing before that. With no victories from two attempts, Churchill Gale remains on the board waiting for that first success. Trained by
Dermot A McLoughlin at Bodeen in County Meath, the yard has had a solid season with ten winners already sent out, which suggests the trainer knows how to get horses across the line. Whether Churchill Gale will be next to join that tally remains to be seen.
