Capitano Josepi
Capitano Josepi made the perfect start to his racing career with a debut win at Great Yarmouth just this week, on 30 August 2026. The two-year-old is trained by Kevin and Lauren Frost at their Averham Park yard in Nottinghamshire, and has already shown he belongs on the track with a flawless record so far — one race, one win. For a young horse still finding his feet, that kind of debut is the dream scenario. The Frost yard has been in strong form this season with three winners to their name already, and Capitano Josepi looks like it could be a promising addition to their string.Based on TrackLab's analysis

Our model's view, based on this horse's career and recent runs
With just one race under his belt, there is plenty still to learn about what this horse can do at different distances and against stronger fields. But a winning debut is the foundation every trainer hopes for, and it gives the yard confidence to step him up the ladder. Capitano Josepi is a horse worth watching.
