Buyback is a two-year-old still finding its feet on the racecourse. The horse has run once so far, finishing fourth, and has yet to break into the winner's circle. It is trained by
James Horton at Newmarket, a yard that has already sent out 20 winners this season — a solid win rate that suggests the trainer knows how to get horses ready. With Buyback still active and having raced just yesterday, it looks like Horton's team are giving the young horse regular opportunities to learn and improve. Early form is often little guide to a horse's eventual ability, especially at this stage of its career.
